Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to engage with US clients professionally over calls. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or messages.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong prospect relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) setup.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
