Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client handling is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote (WFH) environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
